About these terms

These terms explain the use of the website and digital services operated by TUDUMU Financial Services Limited, including the Mangi assistant and authorised-user portal. Read them together with our Privacy Policy.

These website terms are not a loan contract, repayment mandate or investment agreement. A separate written agreement sets the terms of an approved facility. Nothing on this page removes rights or protections that applicable law gives you.

Applications and loan decisions

Submitting a loan request starts an assessment. It does not by itself approve a loan or move funds. Eligibility, documents, employment, income, affordability and required checks are reviewed before final terms are offered and accepted.

The public loan-request form currently supports TPDF employees with salary accounts at CRDB Bank or NMB Bank. Those banks are supported salary-account providers, not employers in that form. Other arrangements must be discussed with our team rather than assumed to be available online.

Provide accurate information, submit only documents you are entitled to use, and obtain any necessary authority before providing another person's details. Contact the team if a submitted detail is wrong.

Calculators and published information

Calculator results illustrate repayment mechanics. The TUDUMU calculator uses the selected loan type's configured terms; the general calculator is independent of our products. Neither result is a binding quote, approval or final repayment schedule.

Product availability and published information may change. Confirm the amount, rate, fees, term, total obligation and repayment arrangements in the actual agreement before accepting a loan. Ask us to explain anything you do not understand.

Mangi assistance and communication

Mangi remains under development and is not part of the public website release. In controlled testing it provides general guidance and, where permitted and requested in the portal, limited record summaries. AI-generated answers can be incomplete or wrong. Confirm important information with TUDUMU staff; a chat reply cannot approve a loan, amend an agreement or execute a payment.

The Mangi WhatsApp connection is currently for controlled testing. Automated WhatsApp applications, customer replies and notifications are not offered through it yet. Do not treat the existence of a Meta app as a working application or payment channel.

Service messages and tracking pages communicate recorded progress. Keep tracking references and links private. Contact us through the published channels if a message looks suspicious or conflicts with your agreement.

Responsible use and account access

Use only accounts and information you are authorised to access. Do not impersonate another person, submit false documents, attempt to bypass access controls, upload malicious content or interfere with the service.

Portal access is limited by assigned permissions and, where relevant, group assignments. Keep your credentials private and report suspected unauthorised access. We may restrict access to protect the service or investigate misuse; this does not remove your statutory rights or change an existing loan agreement.

Availability and other providers

Maintenance, connectivity problems and provider outages can delay access or messages. If a submission or payment result is unclear, verify its status with the team before repeating it. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a fixed approval time.

External services such as banks, WhatsApp and embedded maps have their own terms. A link does not make TUDUMU the operator of that service. These website terms do not replace the terms of an approved financial transaction.

Use our Contact page for service enquiries or complaints, and the privacy contact on this page for data questions. Tell us the issue and a safe way to reach you without sending a password, PIN or OTP.

Updated website terms will be published here with a revised date. Changes to this page do not, on their own, vary an existing loan agreement. Applicable Tanzanian law and mandatory customer protections continue to apply.
